Shannon G. Jurgens

Shannon Jurgens is a civil litigator who resolves tort and contract disputes related to construction, employment, real estate, personal injury, and diverse business matters. She also counsels businesses on litigation avoidance and risk management issues. Shannon conducts exhaustive legal research, drafts compelling documentation and provides critical support to clients.

Shannon is a versatile attorney with hands-on experience handling complex legal issues involving multiple parties. As a highly organized and responsive lawyer, she gained first-chair trial experience as a lead prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. Her courtroom law experience in District Court, Superior Court and Massachusetts Court of Appeals includes trial and appellate advocacy. While Assistant District Attorney, she handled a high volume of cases related to elder and disabled persons protection and superior court level offenses involving narcotics, firearms, robbery and domestic violence. Before becoming an Assistant District Attorney, Shannon developed relevant experience and practical legal skills through her work with small and mid-sized litigation firms in Boston. During this time, Shannon gained important experience in civil litigation, real estate, employment and business law.
