Andrew Winston is a litigation associate supporting the firm’s partners in matters related to construction, employment, and general business law. As a part of our team, Andrew conducts critical research, due diligence, discovery and document evaluation that informs successful defense strategies for our clients.

Andrew first joined Kenney & Sams as a legal intern while attending law school. Before rejoining the firm as an associate, Andrew was a litigation associate in the Boston office of a mid-sized, regional law firm. In this role, he was involved in all phases of litigation surrounding premises liability and personal injury cases. Andrew’s experience also includes working as an employment unit intern with Greater Boston Legal Services during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role, he assisted clients in navigating unemployment benefits application and appeals processes, including representing GBLS clients in remote hearings.
