He has litigated cases relating to a wide range of business and construction disputes, including contract and partnership disputes, construction defect and delay claims, jobsite safety, premises liability, employment matters, insurance coverage, and product liability. Nate currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association where he is the Chair of the Construction Law Committee. He also serves as Chair of the Construction Law and Litigation Committee for the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is also a regular speaker for national continuing legal education programs.
