Zachary is a litigator handling construction, commercial, and general business disputes.

Before starting his legal career, Zachary worked in the construction industry for a general contractor and a materials supplier, gaining firsthand knowledge of the construction industry and supply chain dynamics.

Zachary earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Sports Management from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. In 2024, Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Suffolk, Zachary won the Distinguished Oral Advocate Award.

Zachary was previously a law clerk with Kenney & Sams, P.C.
