Samantha Corcoran is a litigator who concentrates her practice in the areas of construction, commercial, and employment litigation.

Prior to joining K&S, Samantha was a litigation associate with a small law firm in Massachusetts handling a range of real estate and condominium law matters. Her work included substantive research, written discovery and pleadings, and motion practice. In her previous position, she represented individuals and condominium associations in Land Court and Superior Court, as well as in front of local zoning boards of appeals.

During her time in law school, Samantha gained important foundational skills serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Peter Doyle of Newburyport District Court. In addition, Samantha was a law clerk for two summers for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.
