Michael P. Dickman

Michael Dickman is a civil litigator and trial lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in commercial, construction, and personal injury disputes. Mike handles cases from start to finish, including through trial, with a focus on delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy at every stage of litigation. His work includes early risk assessment and counseling, pre-suit investigation, and comprehensive litigation management – covering written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
With an attentive and agile approach, Mike’s experience spans a wide range of civil disputes, including bodily injury, construction defect, payment claims, real estate litigation, business torts, and premises liability. He regularly counsels clients on contractual obligations, risk management, and dispute avoidance strategies. Mike represents clients in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies.
Mike has been recognized on multiple occasions as a Massachusetts Rising Star and One to Watch in Construction Law.
Mike is an emerging leader in local bar organizations, where he serves as Chair-Elect of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. He is also a member of the MBA’s Lawyer Well-Being Committee where he regularly writes and speaks on issues promoting the well-being and health of lawyers across Massachusetts.
