Jessica A. Hartman

Associate

Jessica supports the firm’s partners in matters related to commercial litigation, corporate disputes, construction, employment, and general business law. She is experienced in all stages of case analysis and trial preparation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and witness preparation.

Jessica has experience in the courtroom advocating for clients, and mediating and arbitrating matters before a range of tribunals. She successfully resolves disputes related to employment law and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining the K&S, Jessica worked for a prominent Connecticut law firm working on cases involving wrongful death and other serious tort matters, as well as equal rights, individual liberty, and access to justice.

During law school Jessica was a semi-finalist in the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court competition, and a director of the Edward C. Stone Moot Court competition during her final year.
