Jason O’Dwyer is a skilled litigator handling construction, real estate, commercial, employment, and general business disputes. Jason’s work includes early liability assessment, risk counseling, intensive pre-suit investigation, and complex litigation management.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, where he was a Bowman Scholar. In 2025, Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, graduating with a Concentration in Real Estate & Community Development.
While in law school, Jason refined his litigation skills working as a law clerk for Kenney & Sams, PLLC, and representing low-income clients through the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau.
Before starting his legal career, Jason gained key business experience working in the real estate industry for a real estate investment and home improvement contracting firm and as a Financial Secretary for the Knights of Columbus.
