Tristan Foley

Tristan Foley is a litigator who resolves construction disputes for contractors and owners of residential and commercial real estate. Tristan also proactively advises clients on risk management matters to preserve and enforce their rights under a variety of contracts. Tristan is skilled at litigating and managing cases, negotiating contracts, and advocating on behalf of clients involved in construction projects of all sizes and types.

Tristan’s experience includes litigating matters in the areas of construction, real estate, land use, business, and municipal law. He develops legal strategies that resolve complex contract issues quickly and completely. Clients appreciate his direct style of communication, productive negotiation skills, and ability to advocate aggressively for their position.

Prior to joining the firm, Tristan was an associate at a Boston-based full service law firm where he handled a range of commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, real estate matters, and trust and probate disputes. In this role, he built a particular expertise representing developers in land use cases before administrative bodies and trial and appeals courts. Over the course of his career, Tristan has given freely of his time and legal knowledge by representing pro bono clients in matters related to immigration, public benefits, and housing. Tristan is conversationally fluent in Spanish.
