Ryan Ward


Ryan Ward is an associate who supports the firm’s partners in matters related to construction, employment, and general business. Driven to uncover the best possible legal strategies for clients, Ryan conducts factual research related to contracts, employment agreements, and business disputes. He also handles e-discovery in support of client cases. Ryan’s experience includes matters related to employment,  real estate, corporate, health and education law.

Prior to joining Kenney & Sams, Ryan was a law clerk with two full service, Boston-based law firms. In these roles, he conducted research related to real estate, business, securities regulations, federal civil procedure, evidence, contracts, and general legal ethics. As a law student, Ryan volunteered his time with the Northeastern Law School Community Business Clinic where he helped the owners of small, mostly minority-owned, businesses work through COVID-related legal issues such as leasing, employment and return-to-work measures.
