Josh Klebanoff is a litigator handling all manner of complex business disputes.  Josh has extensive experience representing clients in construction matters, shareholder freeze-outs, derivative claims, and trade secrets and intellectual property disputes.

Prior to joining Kenney & Sams, Josh spent 12 years at a mid-sized firm in Boston balancing his practice between complex commercial litigation and handling commercial real estate transactions.  He has appeared at all levels of the Massachusetts court system as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts and all manner of state and municipal boards.
