Daniel H. Conroy

Dan Conroy is Of Counsel at Kenney & Sams. He is a litigator with 30 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes. Dan represents owners, professionals and executives across the real estate, construction, restaurant, hi-tech and financial industries in all types of business disputes. His experience includes handling all kinds of contract litigation, intellectual property rights protection, non-competition/non-solicitation agreement enforcement and construction claims. He also resolves intra-company disputes involving the rights of shareholders in closely held entities. Dan also defends businesses and individuals in connection with commercial and residential real estate, condominiums, adverse possession, and will contests.

Prior to joining Kenney & Sams, Dan was a long-time partner at two Boston law firms, where he handled the full spectrum of litigation matters. While at Boston University School of Law, Dan was named a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar as well as an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar.  He has appeared before both Massachusetts and Federal trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Judicial Court.
