Brittany M. Darcy

Senior Associate

Brittany M. Darcy is a litigator who represents a broad range of clients in business disputes, construction and solar energy development disputes, employment matters, insurance coverage disputes and related contract interpretation issues. She crafts litigation strategies to efficiently navigate and resolve disputes, prioritizing clients’ business and personal interests in the process. Brittany prioritizes risk mitigation to limit client exposure at the outset whenever possible but is a fierce advocate in the courtroom when necessary. As part of the firm’s experienced trial team, Brittany assists in all stages of case analysis and trial preparation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and witness preparation.

Brittany has significant courtroom experience advocating for clients, in addition to mediating and arbitrating matters before a range of tribunals.  She is a dedicated advocate who helps clients navigate challenging scenarios with compassion and patience.

Brittany regularly presents in continuing legal education seminars and to industry groups on a variety of topics, including employment, construction, and insurance matters as well as Massachusetts trial practice. She was a member of the MBA’s 2022-2023 Leadership Academy and participated in the International Association of Defense Counsel’s 2024 Trial Academy. Brittany is a graduate of Boston University and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
