Benjamin Hinks

Ben Hinks is a litigator handling a range of civil litigation matters. As a member of the firm’s litigation team, Ben works to resolve employment matters and construction disputes for clients. He contributes to all aspects of the litigation process, including conducting critical research, drafting memoranda, and undertaking due diligence. Ben is a highly collaborative individual who brings great value to clients through his diligent, thorough legal work.

Prior to joining Kenney & Sams, Ben was a law clerk with boutique firms in Boston. In this role, he drafted motions for summary judgement and motions to dismiss, as well extensive research memoranda. He also conducted statutory and case law research in connection with cases related to employment, contract disputes, personal injury, products liability and civil rights violations.
